Is there a legal agreement?
Yes. We use a simple leasing agreement that is non-cancelable for the initial term. You may choose 24 or 36 months term.
Can I Cancel or Downgrade Before the End of the Agreement Term?
Yes. However, because we use third-party software and plugins, and some licenses are not transferable, without additional cost. That said, we will be happy to help you transfer your site. Downgrades are, of course, always available.

Can I Host My Site Elsewhere?
Keeping your new website safe, secure, and running efficiently is a huge priority for us. For this reason, we will not install your new website on any other servers. However, once your new website is live on our server, you can cancel your current hosting plan if it doesn’t have any other websites or email connected to it. Contact us if you have detailed questions regarding our dedicated servers and hosting.
Can I Upgrade My Monthly Plan in the Middle of My Agreement Term?
You can upgrade at any time and we will adjust your pricing when we have finished the upgrade.
Can I Pay By Check?
One of the ways we keep operating costs down (and therefore our prices) is to limit hand input accordingly, we cannot accept checks for your monthly payment. All our plans are set up on monthly auto pay using a debit or credit card. This is to avoid interruption in services.
What Happens at the End of My Agreement?
Once your agreement is complete, you own your website and all of it’s content except for any images or software that we purchases and are non-transferrable (see below). If you choose to move your site to another company or host provider, we’ll provide you with a backup file that contains your entire website.Â
Is you wish to continue with ongoing website edits, downgrade to a lesser package or just go with a more basic website hosting and maintenance plan we will be happy to accommodate your wishes.
Note: Bear in mind that your site has many 3rd party software applications, including themes, plugins, addons and design framework, which you will need to purchase if you wish to continue with your current site.
Do You Offer Email Addresses?
Because of the increasing complexity and requirements of email, we do not offer email addresses at this time. We recommend using a dedicated email service such as Google’s GSuite or Microsoft Office 365 for your organization’s email addresses.
Namecheap is usually the cheapest service.
We will, however, setup the necessary MX records to make your email work with the email service of your choosing.
